Dr. Charles Smith is a Franklin County native. He is a dedicated family man and is happily married with two beautiful children. Dr. Smith graduated from the Medical College of Georgia dental school in 1993 and is currently an Associate Clinical Instructor at the college. Professionally, Dr. Smith is a member of the Georgia Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, the American Orthodontics Society and has a Fellowship with the International Association for Orthodontics. Locally, he is a member of the Hart County Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys remaining active in his community and tries to give back as often as he can. Dr. Charles Smith has a passion for education. He is devoted to keeping his skills, techniques, and equipment above par. He attends annual courses that help to improve his dental abilities.

Dr. Smith and his team attend the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). LVI is the world’s premier post-graduate dental teaching center. Here Dr. Smith and his team advance their cosmetic and reconstructive education. Dr. Smith has also trained with some of the world’s most prominent Sedation Dental Specialists by attending classes and seminars offered by the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. Since Dr. Smith only settles for the best, he continues to update his education and equipment regularly.

Smith Dental Care is open Monday thru Wednesday 8am to 5pm (with lunch from 1pm to 2pm) and Thursday from 8am to 2pm.
